Account Analysis Cash Management

Product Enterprise Checking
Description Designed to aggregate service charges and earnings credit from multiple checking accounts against a designated primary checking account. Monthly statement includes detailed account information and a summary of maintenance fees and service charges. Unused earnings credits in excess of service charges can be carried forward to subsequent statement periods.

  • Earnings credit calculation based on the average monthly collected account balance, less reserve requirement. Variable rate earnings credit will be applied to offset the basic monthly fee and debit, credit and deposited item fees. The earnings credit rate will adjust monthly based upon current money market trends and conditions.
  • If the average collected balance during your statement cycle is negative, your account will be assessed a fee calculated at 2% above the published Wall Street Journal printed rate in effect at the time your statement is cycled.

  • International Services. Wire transfers (U. S. or foreign currency); foreign drafts (U.S. or foreign dollars). You may present foreign drafts or checks for deposit to your Solera National Bank account on a collection basis. Fees calculated in account analysis. Refer to Fee Schedule.
  • Wire Transfers - wire funds from your Solera National account to another account domestically and internationally. Fees calculated in account analysis. Refer to Fee Schedule.
  • Dormant/inactive service charge fee of $15.00 per month is applied to accounts with a balance of $100.00 or less and no activity for 6 consecutive months.
  • ACH. Provides customer with electronic transfer capabilities for direct deposit/payroll, bill payment, customer-initiated electronic payments/receivables (e.g. health club membership dues, homeowner association fees), etc.


Progressive Business Checking

Description A good choice for nonprofit corporations and sole proprietors seeking unlimited check writing and market interest rate earnings on funds.

if minimum daily balance falls below $1,500.00 at any time during the statement cycle.

  • Fee of $0.12 per ledger debit, credit and deposited item. Fee of $0.10 per electronic debit and credit posted. These fees are applied regardless of minimum balance maintained.
How Interest is Paid The daily balance method is used to calculate the interest on your account: Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non-cash items (for example, checks). If you close your account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest.
