Purpose

At Solera National Bank the basis of each customer relationship is trust. As financial service professionals entrusted with sensitive financial information, we respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to treating customer information responsibly. Our Customer Information Privacy Principles serve as standards for all Solera National Bank employees for the collection, use, retention and security of individual customer information.

Maintenance of accurate information

Solera National Bank has established procedures to ensure that your financial information is accurate, current and complete, in keeping with reasonable commercial standards. We also have procedures to respond to your requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.

Limitations on employee access to information

At Solera National Bank, employee access to personally identifiable customer information is limited to those with a business reason to know such information. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and on these Privacy Principles. Because of the importance of these issues, all Solera National Bank employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and employees who violate these Privacy Principles will be subject to disciplinary measures, including termination.

Providing privacy information to customers and responding to inquiries

Solera National Bank`s website does not require you to disclose any personal identifying information. If, however, you choose to contact us via e-mail, please keep in mind that your e-mail address and any other information your e-mail header shows about you, such as your name or organization, will be revealed to us in the e-mail. We pledge, however, that when you communicate with us via e-mail, we will use your e-mail information only for the specific purpose of responding to your comments or questions. Your e-mail address will not be sold, nor will it be shared with others outside the bank unless we are compelled to do so by law.
